I just ordered some things from newegg and at the bottom of the email I got from them it said (please note that we cannot guarantee price or availability) what does this mean

Standard legalese.
Meaning "if there was a mistake in our inventory count, or the price was misprinted....you can't sue us, blah, blah, blah"
