What does this red light mean after I turn off the motherboard power directly?

After i press the power button on the motherboard directly, the fans and GPU turn on momentarily and then switch off and then this red light comes on the motherboard. This is my first PC build so I really am lost. Here is a picture:

Probably the power led. Look in the manual, that'll tell you
