what does "tournament edition" mean on Razer products?

Razer has two editions to most of their products, a normal and a tournament edition. What is the difference? Is one a higher quality build than the other? I am looking at the overwarch man o war wired headset and it is a tournament edition, anyone used it yet? thoughts on it?

Tournament edition does not have the numerical keypad on the right side, and appears to be thinner. Build quality should be the same.
