What does "V"/ circle mean in memory QVL?

Can someone explain in detail what does "v"/Circle mean in memory QVL.
The memory I chose(vengeance) has "v" under 1 and 2 but not on 4. Does that mean 4 sticks of memory wont work on the motherboard ? Its a X370 Board

Or, the there are not 4 modules in that kit. Only 2.
