I have two GTX 180TI MSI Lightning X (same as Lightning Z) graphics cards, how can I change the RGB on them? Can't find the appropriate drivers. I have an Asus ROG Rampage VI Extreme motherboard.

Thanks!

Solution
SORRY. SORRY. SORRY.

I had the Asus Strix GTX1080 stuck in my head, had a brain fart and was thinking Asus graphics and MSI motherboard not the other way.

MSI is the one you want, unless Asus software ALSO works which I can't verify (there are some things like Memory sticks that work via say Corsair, but also work via MSI software so it gets confusing)

*You use the "MSI Mystic Light" software.

You may have a CD, but latest is v2.0.0.32 which is from October 31st, 2017.

then click "Utility", "W10" and download MSI Mystic Light, and run it

I need Asus software even with MSI graphics cards...?

I don't think the motherboard matters. It would simply communicate via the PCIe bus to the card. So yes, it would be Asus software for the card.

MSI software would be for any motherboard-specific LED's.

If you had DDR4 memory with LED's I think that would be via the memory software (though some devices work with the same software even though different manufacturers).

I'll be honest I'm not 100% certain. I just know the Sapphire Nito+ RX 570 I had required Sapphire Trixx in order to change the RGB. I think it's whatever the GPU manufacturer is provides the software to control RGB.

UPDATE:
Yep, it's the above MSI link for "MSI Mystic Light"

If you have LED strips then you use Aura Sync. At first I couldn't even find it but it's in the Asus software section but I had to click "See all downloads" under "Utilities"

I also followed the link there and found out that "Aura Sync" only supports products that are branded with Aura Sync.

OTHER: BTW, there was a BIOS update for your board on 11/9 (less than two weeks ago).

"ROG RAMPAGE VI EXTREME BIOS 1002
1.Update RC version
2.Various bugs fixed"
