What driver is this?

I have an device in device manager and it doesnt let me update it i think its the old sound driver cuz it has yellow mark and it doesnt give sound and i dont know the version.

Can someone link me to the driver download or atleast tell what driver it is.
In device manager its called multimedia audio controller.
I went to properties and went to events and i got this information: Device PCI\VEN_1274&DEV_1371&SUBSYS_13711274&REV_06\4&2b4059ea&0&30A4 requires further installation.
