What drivers do I download?

I have been having trouble on figuring out which drivers to download I've been trying to download some but none of them seem to be allowing my computer to go to it's full potiental My GPU is a NVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB
CPU is Intel i7-6700 3.40GHz
H170 PRO GAMING
If needed anymore more specs let me know and i'll post them.

Go to the Asus download page for your model and get AI Suite 3. Once you have installed it, run EZy update, its part of the program. It should gather any drivers you need.

Win 10 should install some drivers for graphics card but I would go to the Nvidia Geforce Experience page and download it
