Just install the Graphics Card driver either from the Installation disc the GPU came with or go to http://support.amd.com/en-us/download and select RX 400 Series

Lan, Chipset, Audio and Sata drivers can be updated through Device Manager, ASUS's offical site, or the disc that the motherboard came with.
