pick the correct windows version and download, install
gpu: https://www.geforce.com/drivers
It can detect and tell you what to download and install

I downloaded all of these, but I’m not getting any sound and games are laggy?

I have headphones plugged into my pc, I’m getting about 10 fps in CSGO, not overclocking. My RAM is Team Vulcan 8GB DDR4-3000

Sorry for the long wait, there’s 6 yellow question marks, 2 PCI device, 2 unknown device, PCI encryption controller and SM Bus controller

If you have already done, reinstall, make sure you pick the correct 32 or 64 bit.
