What Drivers in the link below should i download for my Motherboard?

Also do i need to update my Optical DVD-RW Drive? I have windows 8.1 but they only have an update for Windows 7

Typically you just need to install/update the LAN driver, chipset, audio and possibly USB 3.0 drivers.
You probably don't need to update the Optical DVD-RW Drive but you can if you want to.

Sorry, i postd this one before the other and where no one answered i thought no one saw it so i just posted another, i was wantin to see what other people thought before i left for work.
