What DVDRW Internal Drive is best for my PC?

I am building my own PC and I am going to use the Fractal Design Define R5 Pearl case and I was wondering what is the best DVDRW internal drive that will fit in the case and enable me to install Windows 8.1 without USB?

All the same standardized height and width. Some may be a little longer or shorter than others.
Performance wise...all the same.
