I can't stand the gold scrappers lately, they are marking it much more difficult and costly for collectors and those who do have a use for older hardware. 1950s-1990s era boards with gold traces and contacts.

Toms did an article a while back on recliaming gold from components.It's basically gonna cost more to do it than what the gold is worth unless done on a very large scale
