After everything is added up, it comes out to a little over $2,000. PCPartPicker is a little optimistic with it's pricing haha.

Unless you need to buy now I wouldn't. New Intel Coffee Lake CPU's are due in October and will be upgrading the i5 & i7 range to 6 cores with the i7 having hyperthreading so 12 threads. It looks like the new i5 8600k will compete or even beat the 7700k for gaming due to 50% more real cores. Another way to look at it is by waiting you get 50% more cores/threads for your money with the same or better single core performance.

I know there is always something better around the corner but this seems like a big leap from Intel and personally I would hate to buy that setup now knowing in 2 months there will be something a big step up.

I can`t come up with anything else, that`s a pretty good build you got there mate! It would be wise of you to save the rest, perhaps for something like later upgrades (even though i don`t think that will be necessary for like, the next quadrillion years xD), but yeah, can`t come up with anything else, at least at the moment.
