what equipment is needed for a church to video a service and duplicate it on dvd

would like to video a concert in church and create a dvd master at the same time so that copies are available immediately following the concert. Audio recording is already in place

I agree with the above if it is simplicity you want, and no editing.

If you want to edit the video and keep it easy and not overly expensive you can do like I do...

I use a Samsung Camcorder that uses a SD memory card (no tapes/CD/DVD) - about $125, included free software and MovieMaker from Microsoft for the editing (basic stuff, but better than nothing), and my PC with a DVD burner. I make 1 DVD at a time because they are only home movies but for a couple hundred dollars more you can get a duplicator so that once you make the master disc it quickly copies them 2+ times at a time (I have seen ones for less than $1000 that 2-5 discs at a time).
