b1 initialize library failed 0xc00009a geting this error while trying to format my pc i think is the motherboard is corrupted also getting random bsod and sometimes pc not booting cause my mobo doesnt like my rams.... how can i at least fix that error ?

Are you trying to format another disk than one with OS on it ?
