Hey, so i keep getting this popups in my malwarebytes? what exactly is it, and how do i get it away?

the pc is formated from about 1 week ago, and i havent downloaded anything execpt well known applications!

And i dont have to be on the web, sometimes when i play games it pop up, or if i watch youtube!

And there are other similar websites.

196.31.28.114 is listed as being in South Africa.

Bad guys and perhaps spoofed IPs....
