[SOLVED] What EZ system update do in BIOS? (asus)

I have an old ASUS motherboard and it includes something called "EZ System Update" I set it to "energy saver" in summer season to reduce overall heat in the pc case, but since now its kinda cool weather and cool room temperature, I decided to switch it to Balanced, my question is: does that really increases speed of my computer? like loading screens and fast response in windows?

i7 4560K 4 core CPU with no overclock
Windows 10 installed on a SSD
4GB of Graphics Card from NVIDIA
16GB phsyical memory

Yes I got did that and it seems a bit faster not a huge performance difference though, I do not know what it really does but it seems helped a bit, windows opens a bit faster now (even with HT disabled) so thats good news to me
