Guys, last year, around Christmas time, I built this PC:

MSI Z87-GD65-GAMING ATX Motherboard
Intel Core i7 4770K
2x G-Skill 8GB Ripjaws X DDR3 2133 Dual Kit
Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 DirectCU II 3GB GDDR5
SanDisk SDSSDP-128G-G25 128GB SATA 6GB/s (system drive)
Western Digital Black - 3.5 inch 1TB (games drive)
Corsair Builder Series CXM 750W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze
Corsair Hydro Series H100i
Asus VG248QE 24-inch 3D LED Monitor

What fails in this build? What would I need to change, to play, lets say Far Cry 4 on highest settings? I play in 1080p, some of the setting set to ultra, but had to lower some down to get a decent fluidity... What's your opinion?
Matt.

Solution
Your current PSU should be ok for SLI-ing your GPU... so long as you're not overclocking - and that PSU is not designed for overclocking anyway.
I would stick with it - you'll gain little from an upgrade unless you go to a second graphics card (check the mobo will take it first) or try over clocking if you haven't already (though you might want to swap to a better PSU first...)

Well my problem is that I'm not getting 65fps in far cry 4, and that's it, just wondering what could be causing it, or do I need more graphical power...

Was thinking about it, but not sure if that will help, since my current build is already "suppose" to take that on ultra... :/

What PSU would I need to support 780 in SLI?

Hi.what im trying to say is your Pc loos good, but if u can sell your gtx 780 for a good price, then go buy asus gtx 980.
Gtx 980 is new generation (maxwell)more powerfull and ofcourse new feature.
Although u can Sli Gtx 980 too later.

1. Have you overclocked your4770K?

2. most likely, as good as it is, your GTX780 might be the weak point.

Run your games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

If you need more gpu power, a GTX980 superclock would be my suggestion.
dual cards may give higher fps, but are prone to stuttering and tearing.
If you wanted to go that route, you would need about a 850w psu.

If you later wanted to add a second GTX980, your current 750w psu should do the job.

Lastly, I think a 120gb ssd may be too small. If it nears 90% full, it will slow down and lose endurance.
240 and even 500gb ssd's are now affordable.

Yeah, I'll try to play around with game setting today, I played TombRaider on highest settings and that game was just so beautiful, smooth and fluid movements of the mouse, is there any website that recommends on what game settings to play to get the best performance?

I might get one for Christmas, thanks.

I'll do that experiment today, when I get home from work.
To answer your question, no I did not overclock my CPU, I got everything running on stock speeds, I'm no good with overclocking, unless I had a good guide...
I think I might get myself a present for xmas and get GTX980... 😉
Lastly, I use my ssd only to run system, so it has sufficient amount of free space, but I was thinking about getting another one, just to keep my MAIN game there.
