What fan positioning should I use?

I have recently built a computer with a Antec GX500 Illusion, which came with 3 fans, and I am also using a amd Fx 8350 with the stock fan including a Gigabyte GA-970-UD3P, and according to the temps on speedfan, my motherboard is really hot, reaching around 60~70 while playing games, aswell as my cpu goes around 55~66c. I run my fan around 2k~3k RPM. What places should I put my 3 fans that came with the case, i currrently have two intakes in the wront and one outtake in the back.. please help, thanks.

2x intake at the front, 1x exhaust at the back. it doesn't get better than that.
