What fans do you recomend?

I have my gaming pc and it only has 1 system fan port on the motherboard. So buying 2 case fans is useless. I currently have 2 molex but they are so loud since they are only getting powered and I cant control the speed. Is there anyway I can control the speed of molex fans, or do they sell fans for molex that are controllable? Thanks

you can make the fans run off of 7 volts that should make them quieter.
