What file extension requires Administrative privileges

hi everyone
I was wondering what are the file extension that doesn't require administrative privileges
to run
like .bat (Batch files)

There's an almost unlimited number of file extensions, can't write them all here.

But basically, you can open anything that won't possibly acess/modify your system properties.
Like instalation files, scripts, dlls, and stuff like that.

Aside from that, like doc files, txt, jpg that are just files to * view * and doesn't alter your system, you can open without privileges.
