What FPS Can I Run On This Build?

Graphics Card: ZOTAC GT640 2GB DDR3 128BIT (ZT-60201-10L)
Chassis: GIGABYTE GZ-ZE1 W/O PSU
Optical Drive: LITEON IHAS-122 22X SATA BLACK
Power Supply: THERMALTAKE LITEPOWER 350W

With this build, how many fps can I run on the following games (With the resolution of 1920x1080):

Battlefield 4
DOTA 2
StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty w/ expansion pack; Heart of the Swarm

I'l start to buy the parts and build it possibly next week!

The GT640 is a horrible gpu, so not very good fps I would say. I doubt you can even play BF4 at low settings at 1080p.

According to game-debate, I can run this game on medium settings. I don't know what fps though.

In your point of view, if I run this game on low settings, what are the fps? How about on medium settings?

Oh yeah, how about for DOTA 2 and StarCraft II? Can I run it on high settings?

I would ditch the GT640 in general. You'll get better graphic performance by just using an A10's integrated GPU. What's your total budget?

You might have to drop the resolution to 720p and then probably you can get low/medium settings. I doubt you would get anything playable at 1080p

Well I have $670 (P30k) but I would spend parts for about $510 (P23k) so I'll use $160 (P7k) for the OS. However, if the OS installation is free, I would just spend it for a 1080p monitor.
