What FPS should I be getting?

Here's my build that is arriving next week:
CPU - i5 4670k
CPU cooler - CM hyper 212
Mobo - Asus z97A
Memory - Corsair 1600 vengeance (2x4Gb)
Storage - Samsung840 EVO 120gb SSD
Storage - HDD WD 1TB 7200 rpm
GPU - XFX r9 280x 3Gb VRAM
PSU - XFX 650W XXX edition
(Bit more info than needed but what the hell )

What sort of frame rate will I get on top AAA titles such as BF4, Crysis3, farcry 3 etc. (any examples appreciated). I will be playing 1920X1080 resolution. I want to be playing games at Ultra - however if anyone suggests different settings to achieve solid 60fps , I'm up for suggestions.

On ultra 1080p, you should get 50-60FPS, most likely 60 but I always like to underjudge.

BF4 ultra - 50-60fps
Crysis 3 maxed - 30-40fps

Pretty much anything else besides Metro:LL and Watch Dogs will run >60
