What fps would I get? Arma 3

My current build: 16 GB ram, fx 8350, one GTX 770 not overclocked. Arma 3 fps on ultra - 10-20

My build in 3 days: 16 GB ram, fx 8350 at 4.8/5.0GHZ, TWO gtx 770 overclocked a bit. Arma 3 fps - unknown.

Basically I want a rough estimate on what "unknown" would be.

Note - i currently play on Ultra

40-50 fps after you get another 770 the only bottleneck will still be the CPU. That game is extremely CPU Dependant and gpu Dependant. Look at benches with a 4930k at 5.0ghz and see what I mean

Alright, sweet. So defiantly at least 30 on multiplayer?

Also, would it be worth it to spend 600$ odd for an i7 and new mobo? Or will new games start to use more cores? Is arma just badly written? I know BF4 and Crysis 3 take advantage of all 8 cores, so that's showing some hope for my cpu
