I would say i'm the perfect man to answer your question!
I've been playing CS:GO veteran and know a lot of people with custom builds and the fps they get.
I personally get 380 FPS stable on a 900P monitor with all settings maxed but the AA and Filters off.
CS:GO is highly dependent on CPU power.
I would recommend to right click cs go ---> properties ---> Set launch options and type in -threads 8
This will help CS:GO to utilize the multiple cores you have.
However CS:GO is not known to utilize more than 4 threads/cores.
With that build i would expect a minimum of 200FPS on average on a 1080P monitor.
After a decent overclock, even an average of 250FPS+ should be achievable.
