Q33 should support native 1333FSB. The question would then be, What do you intend to do with your system? Gaming, web surfing, office work, video encoding, ?

Let me rephrase. You don't have to have a 1333FSB processor.

E5x00 800FSB : General usage, web surfin, office productivity, light gaming.
E7x00 1066FSB : Same as E5x00, plus mid level gaming cpu.
E8x00 1333FSB : High end dual core, ideal for gaming and cpu intensive tasks

i want to use it for 3d rendering (blender 3d) and to play crysis, i have a ge force 9500gt with 1024 mb of ram that is pci express 16x, is that going to be good enough and i have 4 gigs(hyperx 1066 kingston ddr2) of ram installed on the motherboard right now, so you think i should go with the 1333 fsb dual core?, i have a 400 gigabyte sata hard drive on the way also sata 150, i dont think my motherboard supports sata 300

No, I think if you can afford it you should update your BIOS, get a Q9550 and a 4770, it will own the 9500GT in gaming and a dual core in rendering.

but you might need a new PSU, a corsair 450w should suffice.
