What games are playable on my current rig?

Hi. My current two rigs includes the following:-

Rig 1😀esktop

> AMD PROCESSOR APU A4-5300

> Dell monitor - 18.5" - 1366x768

> 450W Frontech PSU

Also I have a Zotac GT210 lying around. Should I add it? Will it boost performance/graphics if I do?

What games will I be able to run smoothly in med settings in the above config?

Please tell me the games playable in mid settings in both the above. 20-30 games from newest to old will suffice- the best ones ...

First, putting in a GT 210 will probably in fact decrease graphics performance. Second, not much other than say, Minecraft, will run on that. Some games will run at low settings. Fortunately a large graphics + CPU upgrade simply requires you to upgrade the CPU to an A8 or A10, and perhaps a second 4GB DDR3 module.
