What games can I play on my computer?

My desktop is a HP p2-1331il.It has a gig of integrated graphics. I play Assassin's creed 3 very smoothly on it.

We are going to need some more information. The PC you have can have different CPUs and amounts of RAM when ordered from HP. If you really want to play some of the newest games get a dedicated graphics card.
