What games can I run, and how can I get better performance?

Here's my specs:

Pentium (R) Dual Core 2.70 GHZ

Intel (R) G41 Express Chipset

4 GB Ram

451 GB Hard Drive

1.698 GB Video Ram

Direct X 11

Windows 7

It looks like you can play minesweeper. If you want better performance you basically have to upgrade every thing in your system except windows 7.

direct x 11? did you get this form dx diag? correct me if i am wrong but you dont have a dedicated gpu right?

anyway if your mobo can support it(can you post your mobo/full spec?) you can add a GPU and play most games (those released before 2014 mostly)

What video card do you have?
You could run most games except the really new ones/ ones that are notorious for being hard to run. Just look at the minimum specifications and if you pass then you can run it. What games are you trying to run?

You could get better performance by upgrading your GPU, your CPU and getting more RAM.

I wouldn't put a dime in a PC that old, but that's just me. If you have a decent PSU, you could get a low level GPU or a used one.

It runs No Limits 2 at 17 FPS benchmarked with minimum settings, which I thought was pretty impressive for just how horrible this PC is XD I can't get a gaming computer, my parents think my computers apparently "The best one I can get for gaming" when I try to tell them it sucks, but they think my stock computer "is AMAZING and can run anything" when it really sucks.

yes . mostly you have dx 9/10

anyway as others recommend if i were you i woukd go for a new rig

but a GPU and another 4gb stick(if supported) will make a difference
