What games can I run with an Intel HD 5500?

My specs:

i5 5200u
Intel HD 5500
8GB RAM 1600mhz
1TB 5400 rpm HDD
Windows 10

I was wondering if I can play any of these games?:

Call of Duty MW3
Tomb Raider
NFS Most Wanted
ArmA 3

Please tell me if I can RUN the games and what settings/res.

No, an iGPU will not be able to handle that. Perhaps an A10 would run those smoothly at low settings, but you really need a discrete card to do that sort of thing. As you appear to have a laptop, your only way to play those is to get a new computer.

yeah, not built for gaming unfortunately. and among those games, arma3 is a big no. even desktops with decent specs cant run that game smoothly on high settings.
play some old games and maybe you can get lucky. something less demanding
