What games can I run?

Hello, I play a lot pc games back then in my old laptop, I just gifted it to some family member because it's 4 years old and doesn't run games well. And I wonder what games can I run and play with the laptop I will put down. And I just bought this a week ago, so don't tell me that I need to buy a new PC. PC Specs: AMD A6-7310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics 2.00 GHz 6.00(4.93 GB) Ram 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor. The model is a Toshiba Satellite C75D-C7232. I mostly get 15-20 fps with it at games I played and somehow it meets recommended specs. Like CS GO, Tera, and Skyrim. So can anyone help me what is happening, because I already updated the system and doesn't change anything. Please put a good answer.

Unfortunately, your computer doesn't meet recommended specs. Radeon R4 graphics is an integrated video card. Integrated cards are simply not high-performance graphics-rendering solutions. For a game like Skyrim, even as old as it is, you'll want a dedicated card with about 1Gb of video memory to achieve good frame rates without mods. Integrated cards share video memory with the system RAM; another pitfall of integrated graphics.
