What games can i run?

I know thats not for gaming but what games can i run on.....

The GPU is a weaker one on this PC, if this is the Laptop/APU you have.

If you look at the gaming benchmarks the games fetching 34-40 FPS are quite playable . Anything below 30 FPS is tough to get you a good experience.
Other than that you can try playing older games (till 2008) and any game released in and around 2005-06 would run fine at highest details.

they have a web app, that will see what hardware you have, and compare minimum/recommended gaming software specs and give you a list of what will run well, good, great or bad on your system. very good web site for answering exactly your question

Ye my brother had that R5 and it was no better than his APU.

I helped him get a cheap old Gigabyte GTX 960 and he's happy with it. Can play his singleplayer games now such as Wolfenstein, Skyrim, Fallout 3/New Vegas and Thief.

Just get a GTX 950/60 of ebay and it will be fine for plane 1080p games from the odd two years ago.
