[SOLVED] What games can I run?

So I just bought myself a laptop and I was wondering what games can I run on it. The specs are the following:
Cpu : Ryzen 3200u
Ram : 4gb ddr4 2400mhz
Gpu : The integrated Vega graphics.
The resolution would have to be 720p.

There are a LOT of games, look at games you want to play then check the requirements. Almost any game should be able to run if you don't expect high frame rates, especially at 720 resolution.

You should install a second stick of RAM in that thing, the integrated video runs faster with dual channel RAM.

Fairly certain Microsoft Solitaire would run on that system. [/sarcasm]

Seriously though. We could spend the next 100 years trying to come up with a list of games, but we have no idea what your interests are. Find the games that you are interested in and then compare the minimum system requirements to your laptop components and see if they meet or exceed what's required.
