I am trying to build and extreme budget gaming pc so that plus accessories costs about 200 bucks

However, we need more information. Resolution? Also you need to list some games that you want to play - however I can tell you now that it wont be many - that hardware is OLD.

I'm not looking for any fps' I have a ps3 for that but like ksp minecraft space engineers south park the stick of truth and it's upcoming sequel games like that

I won't lie - this build is awful. You're far better off waiting a year or two, saving some money then getting a decent build. You'll get nothing out of this. The GPU was released five years ago...
