What games could this run?

What could a core 2 quad q6600 play with a hd 7570 1gb gddr5 and 6gb ram? If it cant what used $30 will beat the hd 7570? (BTW IM NOT BUILDING THIS FOR MY MAIN PC! IT IS A FUN LITTLE PROJECT IM DOING FOR $100)

You could probably get an HD 7770 for about $30 now. The Q6600 is a very nice choice for a cheap gaming PC.

LOL, I still have a pair of Q6600's running. One has a GTX260 in it and can game most games at 1080p reduced settings. (The pcs are used as media servers and run BOINC)

You are probably limited only by the power supply in the PC and how much risk you want to take on ebay for the used card.

The Q6600 was a very good OC'ing chip, since this is a 'for fun' project PC consider turning up the clocks. Stock was 2.4 Ghz, Most people could hit 3 ghz no problem.

You are probably limited only by the power supply in the PC and how much risk you want to take on ebay for the used card.

Ya im might spend $50 extra for better psu and ram. And yes i will overclock! But is the hd 7570 good enough?

Good enough for what? You should find an HD 7770 or HD 7790 for $30. Dont settly for the 7570.

Umm the least cost for an hd 7770 is $60 which is probably going over the budget.

Nvm do you have any other $30-$40 used gpu solution? I saw hd 7570 scores and its unacceptable
