Anyone play C&C Zero Hour? Or warcraft 3. What other games do you like ?

I even still play heroes 3, carmageddon, and starcraft.

on playstation2 I like madden 2004, tiger woods golf, dark alliance, downhill demolition, gran tarismo 3, and gaunlet.

Well that's because they're 3 of the greatest games ever!

To answer your question, right now I'm playing FarCry, Sacred, and KOTOR. It's driving me nuts to have this many unfinished games.
 
I'm playing, BF: V, Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising demo, Madden NFL 2004, and MVP Baseball 04 Demo. I bought City of Heroes and played it, but got tired of it, and I haven't gotten around to starting the dark side of KOTOR yet.

I'm on Ch.5 of Gothic II...hope to finish it today.
What to play next, KOTOR, Far Cry or even Daggerfall, I'm not sure.
Anybody have any idea when Dragon Age will come out? It's BioWare's newest Dog.

BF V, Starcraft, Red Alert 2, UT (the origional and in my opinion still best), starlancer. All fantastic games.

Fry's has a sale on C&C generals (10$), gonna pick it up tomarrow. Is Zero Hour a good addition to it?

yes zero hour is a good add on. I play it a lot. Lots of good games listed. I'm gonna track a few down on ebay :)

I really dislike Fry's. Their ad advertised a "Memorial Day Sale", only it ended on Sunday, a day before Memorial Day. Im not paying 20$! I want it for 10$!

You ever played the defence allience mod for the origional UT? That ruled, used to play it networked, 3 of us verses 40computer players...fantastic.

im currently taking it easy and playing eve online atm and it has made me wanna try my hand at the flawed X2 the threat which ive reinstalled and am playing again. When i feel my games are too slow for me i play UT2k4 against bot or desert combat as well... seeing as there are no other quality fps's that i havent played recently

I play original UT only. Tried 03, 04.. noway they are the same games. They look more like Q3 which is too rough and cluttery, everything seams to be crambled into small space. UT is specious and neat, which is why peepel still playing it till now, 5th year in a row.

..this is very useful and helpful place for information...
 
Yeh I prefer the origional UT to any of the new incarnations, CTF in hall of giants just cant be beat.

I neer really got into quake3, it didnt seem to necessitate the level of skill that UT did.

I am not playing games too much right now, but I do make a little room for Thief DS. I was playing Far Cry for a while, but I'm stuck in The Regulator in a spot that I've tried about fifty times; for me, this one spot is absolutely impossible. I'll either have to cheat and skip to the next level or stop playing the game altogether. I tried Painkiller, and even though it looks cool I think the gameplay is a little bit too mind-numbingly repetitive.

This is the place to ask questions about that. I'm sure many have passed that point without cheating. At least I did. What difficulty level are you playing at?

Some of those here already finished the game for a while, me I'm taking my time and haven't finished it yet. I think I'm about 2/3 (or 3/4)? Something like that. I'm at the start of the cooler level now.

Right now I'm playing Painkiller (Although mind-numbingly repetitive after awile, its good old shoot-em-up fun), Manhunt (guilty pleasure - stabbing people through the neck with a crowbar :smile: ) and Thief-Dark Shadows.

And I'm anxiously awaiting Doom 3 and HL2.

The reason why I can't get too frustrated about it is that Far Cry's AI balance is terrible, it really is the thing that brings the whole game down from being great. In one situation, guys continue to slowly approach while you take them down one by one. In another situation, a sniper can see you in the bushes, at night, from over a half mile away. That is just so stupid, how could they have decided that the gameplay was passable before they released the game? What I love about it is that in some situations the gunfights are fun and balanced, and the graphics are to die for. It could have been one of the great great games ever on PC, but they just dropped the ball on one of the most important things...
 
I`m playing nowdays in FarCry - gr8 game, kinda hard but very good. Freedom Fighters is another 1 I play and it`s only "nice"... I really like Need For Speed Underground. WOW! that a really good game, I really like it.unfortunelly I haven`t played strategy games lately and I really start to miss it... 🙁

I'm still working on FarCry (I like to go slow :smile: ).

Als started on ThiefIII: Deadly Shadows. If you like stealth play, it's very nice. Great graphics and a relief from the abundancy of modern spying and scifi titles as it is situated in the middle ages.
