What games on disc can I play on origin?

Can I play games from a disc on origin and steam? Lets say I bought gta 5 or something simulare on a disc because download is too long my questions are: Can I play this game with my origin/steam friends? If I can, is there any link to list of games I can play that way?

Origin only works for EA games.
In order to own a game on steam, you have to have purchased it either on the application or the web page.

Even if you don't have it on steam/origin, you can still play with your friends depending on what the online platform is on the game.

Pretty much every game that is "too big" to download will not run off the disc. No games do anymore really. The disc is just a formality. Usually a version of the game submitted before it was complete just so they could start printing disc. So you'll wind up having to install and download all the updates all the same.
