[SOLVED] What gaming monitor would you suggest? (No longer need help)

Okay so I am looking to get at least a 144hz 1440p monitor with good enough response time for gaming and not too much input lag and has G-sync if possible I don't mind about the price as long as it isn't over 800 dollars (I am asking because I am no good at any of this stuff)

Edit: I don't have a preferred brand I am from the US and only buying 1 monitor
