What gaming performance should be expected?

I am putting the following build together.

Corsair 200R
Radeon HD 7770 1GB
Intel Pentium G3220
ASRock H81 Pro BTC
Antec VP450
G.Skill 4GB 1333MHZ RAM (another stick later)

What gaming performance should I expect? What games would it run around med settings?

Depeneds what games but you're looking at around Low/Med Setting 30FPS on most games. You should be alright to play WoW and LoL no problem though (50FPS).

BF3, FC3, Crysis 2,3..NFS Rivals....Is Watchdogs, FC4 pushing this too far?

Watchdogs and FC4......Low with 20-30FPS. Other games (ones mentioned) will run Med 20-30FPS or Low 30+FPS

Is 20 to 30 FPS not playable?
EDIT : I play at 1280 X 1024 or 720p.

30FPS is probably the highest you'll get on newer games. Even at 720p. But hey, you never know

I've been playing Skyrim (with performance-enhancing mods, since my computer specs are below minimum -- which is why I'm here and looking at building my own) at 20-30 fps, and it's doable. I still have fun, which is the point. So yes, I'd call it "playable." Others find anything below 60 fps to be "unplayable." It really depends on what you yourself can tolerate.
