I am just curious what everyone uses for their gaming sessions. I have been on an endless quest for years trying to find the ones that suit me best. My quest has finally ended. If anyone is in the same situation, allow me to show you what I have.

Razer Nostromo Gamepad.
Regular keyboards hurt my left hand during marathon gaming sessions, the nostromo is much more ergonomic, with some added features not found in keyboards under $100 like macros and programmable profiles. The Nostromo also proved useful in a few productivity apps, like 3D Studio Max, Blender, and AutoCAD.

My actual keyboard is nothing fancy, just an old Microsoft Media Pro keyboard that has managed to stand the test of time and survive all the abuse I've subjected it to. I likely won't replace it until it no longer works.

Logitech H330 USB Headphones
Again, nothing fancy. They work, are light on my head even after hours of gameplay, and the sound quality is pretty nice. And they're USB, so I can keep the sound output from my computer going to speakers for multiple configurations depending on if I'm playing single player or multiplayer. Singleplayer I usually have music playing over the speakers, and in multiplayer I'll put game sounds out through the speakers while I keep the headset for teamspeak.

Small foot print big sound.

The mouse pad is insane it goes end to end on my roll out shelf 36" x 12" and you never have to move the pad at all.

I tried the Logitech one, but I never got used to it, or didn't take the time perhaps, so I returned it. Is this "easier" to become accustomed to? I also have small hands.

can't go wrong with a razer deathadder, i have had one for almost a year, i love it, it is good to hold and all that jazz, i also have a razer arctosa, it is cheap and a good entry to using key macros, and the drivers work amazingly

Yeah i love the death adder, still have mine. I just can't let go of it. The only thing missing are some extra buttons.

I have the

- Logitech G500 mouse which is great. I really like it.

- Razer Goliathus extended control mousemat. Again, very happy with my purchase.

- Corsair HS1A. Most comfortable headset ever but needs tweaking before it sounds good. Also, the mic broke on mine within a day, thinking it's just bad luck though. Does seem like a good headset when it works.

- Logitech K200 with a broken foot which is being propped up by some foam lol. Yeah i'm going to get a better keyboard haha.

EDIT: Oh and Logitech Z-323, also thinking of getting some cool hi-fi speakers because my friend is selling some good ones pretty cheap. These Logitechs are awesome for the price though.
