Both cards have the same boost clock speed (when MSI is set to Gaming Mode) @ 1253. The MSI card also has the OC mode which puts it at 1279. This is a pretty negligible increase. Either card is fine. Since the ASUS Strix is quite a bit less, if you can't wait for Pascal, then I'd take the ASUS card. My son has this card and it's fantastic, although I'm sure the MSI card will perform equally as well on every metric (sound, cooling, performance).

That all said, it is probably worthwhile to wait a month and get Pascal, or get one of these cards for less as the price is surely going to drop once Pascal is available.

how much will the card cost? my price only goes to 400 give ore take

once the cards are out there and vendors/companys see what the market is doing will determine the price.

you most likely can get a great 3rd party card after some time as well if u dont want to wait for those. but wait for reviews! and verifiable benchmarks
