Looking to get a geforce card for my new build.

I am a little unsure which card to get. I want to get a decent card that will last for a while without being a rip off.
There is quite a wide range in price even within the same card model.

Here are some I have been looking at:

Geforce 570:

EVGA GeForce GTX 570 HD 2560MB GDDR5 (025-P3-1579-AR) nVidia GeForce GTX 570Chipset(732MHz) 2560MB GDDR5 Memory(3800MHz) Dual-DVI/HDMI/Display Port PCI Express 2.0 Graphics Card: $400

Zotac GeForce GTX 570 Fermi 732MHZ 1280MB 3.8GHZ GDDR5 2XDVI Mini-HDMI PCI-E DirectX 11 Video Card : $279

Geforce 580:

Asus ENGTX580 DCII/2DIS/1536MD5 nVidia GeForce GTX 580 Chipset (782Mhz) 1GB (4008Mhz) GDDR5 Dual Dual-Link DVI-I/HDMI/Display Port PCI-Express 2.0 Graphics Card: $480

EVGA GeForce GTX 580 Fermi 772MHZ 3GB GDDR5 2xDVI Mini-HDMI PCI-E Video Card : $570

So as you can see, quite a price range with the same card model.
What do you guys think I should do, two cheap 570's, 1 expensive 580?
My budget is flexible but would like to get a so called 'future proofed'machine without getting ripped off.

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated!
