A Geforce 3 will give you more frames per second.

Other than that:
An FSB-133 will give you 2% more frames per second, from FSB-100.
Cas-2 will give you .000000000000006% (rounding up) more frames per second than Cas-3, at the same FSB.

It depends on the game. PC133 can give you up to 15% more FPS and Cas2 up to 7% depending on how heavily the game uses RAM, how large the files are, and how quickly it uses them. Ca3 PC133 is a little better than Cas2 PC100 in most programs.

The more the application (GAME) uses the memory rather than the graphics card the more benefit you will see.

Unreal Tournament and Quake 3 are two examples of games that are memory hungry.

so what you should look for is High PCxxx rating and low Cas2.
this applies for both SDR & DDR ram.

to give you an example,
my PC150 SDRAM running at CAS2 performs almost as good as DDR PC2100 @ CAS2.5,
according to the sandra 2001 benchmark.
and gives me about 5 extra frames per second in Unreal Tournament.
