I'm planning on completely improving my PC near the end of August. By then I'll have about $750 to put into components for my PC; all I need is a CPU, RAM GPU, and a motherboard. I'm keeping my current power supply which is the EVGA 600 BR 80+. I'd prefer Intel but I'm fine having an AMD powered PC.

3600 would cost around 200. X570 board will run you 150-250 a B450 would need an updated BIOS and will run about 100-150. Ram for 16GB 3200+ you’re talking 100~ which leaves 200 min if you go X570 and 350 for a B450 system.
What I’d do would be go 2600 + b450 for 250 ish plus 3200 ram for 100 which leaves 400 for the GPU which would leave you in around 2070/5700XT territory
