What gpu can i get for about 80 Euros that is worth it?

Ok so i just got money from my uncle and I'm looking to buy a new gpu cause this ancient hd 2600 xt is terrible. Now i even have driver issues and because amd removed all of the older ones and i cant roll back for some reason i need a new gpu. I only have 3gb of ram but that is much easier to upgrade. I need a card very soon and i don't think i will be getting more money anytime soon. Id like to get a 750ti but in my country (Serbia) i cant get it for less than like 120E and ebay prices seem fishy, so I'm asking for help. Thanks!

Really you are stuck. For 80 there isn't much anyone can recommend.
Ebay is normally OK and you are protected if the item is broken (as long as it states it is no broken) you can get your money back (although a little hassle).
You need to list your entire specs for your computer, maybe your motherboard can't handle 75W which is what they are all now by standard. Or your PSU is useless, just have to list your entire specs.

400W psu, P5K Pro and an intel Core 2 Duo E6750. Im looking for 720p gaming. 1080p i only need in league.

Your CPU is going to struggle, anything more than a 1050ti will really not benefit you.
Maybe you can barely run a 1030... not sure, sadly its an old cpu.

Yup thats the worst thing about it. But i wont be trying to run the newest titles. Maybe The Crew and Rocket League. I just ordered 8 gigs of ram for like 21$ (i still have those 80 euros btw) and ill probably buy a Core Quad next time i get cash. Ill make this thing into a low end gaming pc. Meaning i wont be running newest AAA titles lol but older ones. Sure.
