What gpu can I replace the one currently in it with ( I have a limited 350 watt power supply) and what card would it be? (Also does it have to be low profile? Or is it not needed to be a low profile, what size card do I need to fit in the case? Low profile or regular? Also what card would it be that is better than the r7 250 but also will be compatible with the 350 watt power supply?)

A GTX 750Ti should have no issues with your 350W PSU and offer roughly twice the performance of your current R7 250.
Assuming that your chassis matches what is shown in your link, you will not need a low profile card.

Could I put a low profile card in it if I wanted though? Or does it have to be regular size?

A low profile card will work fine, but it needs to include a full height bracket in the package.
Most low profile cards will ship with both brackets, but make sure to check your specific card before ordering!

It should be more than capable of handling your selected CPU.
