Essentially any current gen single gpu graphics card can be run.
One caveat is that your psu is not top quality and will not have the reserve power of better models.
Looking at the spec it has a maximum of 46A across the 2 12v rails which is more what you would expect for a 650w PSU. So there is no way it could power a 295x2 which needs a high quality 900w
Its an unknown brand which suggest the quality will be poor, if you wont change it you should treat it like its a 550w to give you some headroom for the low quality
Depends what gpu you want. Personally I would change that PSU if the gpu you choose needs more than 550w, if a PSU goes pop it can fry other components and cheap PSU's usually have less built in protection for your components encase of failure.
