[SOLVED] what gpu cant my pc receive?

hi i have a

hp elitedesk 800 g1 ssf ssd 500 samsung 860evo 8gb ram

ithink i could add a gpu . note that psu on this pc is kind of low.

not to much money to spend on it . is 3gig gpu possible on that ?

if you can give me a couple options it would be great

Your issue will be the SFF factor.
If anything would fit at all, would have to be half height. I suspect that your PCI slot is so close to the case or power supply that it would also have to be single slot. It would have to be a card that would power off the slot alone, so sub 75W iirc

Further hampering efforts to upgrade this particular computer will be powerful power supply options, as well as possible proprietary connectors should you try to go to a standard case. It is (often) possible with such machines with various adapters and some ingenuity.

Your motherboard may not work in a standard ATX case.

In a case like this I would search YouTube or the like specifically for HP Elitedesk 800 G1 case swap and see if someone is offering a tutorial.
HP (and Dell) like to use proprietary connectors for the front headers, sometimes even a strange power arrangement from the PSU. Much of it is simply either determining what the correct pin out is, or getting an adapter to make it work with standard PSU/case.

I would imagine the mobo in that is likely ITX standard, but that is easy to figure as well. Then it's just a matter of getting those adapters, a suitable case and throwing everything together.

Yes you can add a gpu.
You will need a low profile card.
Best to stay with something that does not require aux power....75w or less.
You will need to measure around the x16 pcie slot to see if the card will physically fit.

here is a pic of the inside. gpu goes in white of black slot? does that mean it is not dual gpu?

if i take the mobo out of the case , does that suddenly allows me to use regular gpu?(ithink you get better gpu for same price if it is normal size correct?
for exemple a neighbor has a
Nvidia Quadro 4000
at 40 dollar . could that fit and work . would this be a big improvement over the native integrated gpu of the ssf? is it a good deal? here are pic of the numbers cause idont know wich no is to use to find its spec (tell me plz)

This is the problem with trying to convert pre-builts into gaming rigs. You'll need a full tower just to have a chance of even fitting any decent video card, but the PSU's rarely supply very much more power than is needed to run the system in it's stock configuration, so a powerful video card won't work because you won't have the voltage or the PCIe connectors required to run it, and you can't just swap out the power supply for a better one because in pre-builts, they are almost always going to be proprietary, and a proprietary PSU with the wattage that you would need is almost never an option. This class of machine will also typically only come with only 1 or 2 RAM slots, limiting your ability to upgrade that, as well. CPU coolers and case fans are also very basic in these machines, and aren't always upgradeable. If you start making mods that generate a lot of additional heat, the cooling that comes with it may no longer be sufficient, and also not be easily upgradeable, due to case constraints. Even upgrading to a better CPU on the same socket may not be possible, if the BIOS doesn't support any CPU other than what the machine shipped with. They really go out of their way to make sure that you will be buying a higher profit gaming machine for gaming, and not buying one their cheaper business class machines and upgrading it to the moon.
