what GPU configuration would bottleneck a stock i7 4770K?

After learning about CPU and GPU bottlenecking, what is the limit for the 4770K before it starts getting a bottleneck (as in what GPU setup is the borderline)

I would be quite confident to say it should ad should easily run a 780ti and 290x at stock no prob and if there would ever be a bottleneck from that cpu at stock may be a more than dual card sli or xfire

I think he's wondering what his minimum is, not maximum. I would say a 7870 would be the minimum, much lower than that and you're wasting your money by getting the 4770k.
