What GPU Cooler should i buy

Okay, i have a GTX 660 ti Power Edition from MSI, nice card, nice cooler but still a bit loud for my taste, i either want the (ARCTIC Accelero Hybrid) or the (ARCTIC Accelero TT II VGA Cooler), basically i want a cooler that's quieter and preforms better or the same. LINKS BELOW

I heard they are both hard to install, id suggest just going with the ARCTIC Accelero TT II VGA Cooler
